Special orders where custom fabrics or colors are selected are non-refundable. Bedding and linens are also non-refundable and can’t be exchanged. All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped “Free Shipping,” we will charge our actual outbound shipping charges.All returns for any reason are subject to a 40% restocking fee.

Cancelation
To ensure that Client receives items promptly, we processes each order immediately after finalizing each sale. A 25% processing fee will be charged for all cancellation. Custom ordered items cannot be canceled for any reason.
Buyer agrees to accept possession of above merchandise in good order, in accordance with the provisions herein, and also agrees that the Merchandise sold “as is” not subject to any return or implied warranty. Any cancellation will be subject to an administrative fee of 29% of the total sale. A store credit will be issued: there are no refunds. Merchandise is not subject to any warranty implied or otherwise except manufacturer written warranty. Buyer acknowledges receiving a true copy of this order.
