Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at ATL Furniture. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment minus the 20% restocking fee. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Chargebacks and Fraudulent Activity
ATL Furniture takes chargebacks and fraudulent activity seriously. Any chargebacks or suspected fraudulent activity will be vigorously investigated. Legal action may be pursued against individuals attempting to defraud ATL Furniture.
